A special tax season deal from the Animal Defense League.
It has put the dogs and cats up for adoption for just $10.40.
That goes with the tax form 1040 that people fill out for the IRS.
The animals are spayed or neutered, have current vaccinations and a microchip.
"We are trying to make folks feel a little better about tax day which is coming up on April 15th. And for folks who may be concerned about the economy, we are offering our dogs and cats, age four months and over for $10.40," said Ron Aaron, with the Animal Defense League.
The special starts Tuesday and runs through April 15th.
The Animal Defense League is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday though Friday and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the weekends.
