SAN ANTONIO -- A hearing in the Michael and Tina Yuchnitz divorce began Wednesday.
Michael Yuchnitz was accused of paying a hit man to kill her and make it look like a robbery back in 2010. Tina Yuchnitz was reportedly tipped off about the plot and then filed for divorce.
The couple owns two businesses in San Antonio, "My $39.95 Optical" and "Platinum Tattoos."
The judge ruled detectives in Michael Yuchnitz's criminal trial can testify in the divorce proceedings but cannot be forced to bring documents related to the other case. Michael Yuchnitz refused to answer most of the questions asked of him and instead invoked his Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate himself.
