SAN ANTONIO -- Bexar County Sheriff's detectives are trying to determine how a woman died after her body was found along the road in South Bexar County this weekend.
The medical examiner has identified her as 24-year-old Valerie Garcia.
Deputies say a driver called 9-1-1 around 8:30 a.m. Saturday after spotting Garcia's body along Noyes Road about a quarter of a mile from Highway 16 South.
