According to witnesses, 25-year-old Tammy Lydia Ramirez was in the front yard of her mother's home in the 400 block of North San Horacio when she was attacked by 21-year-old Jonathan Garcia around 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Hope he gets the death penalty! Also why should he be able to post bond he is a murdrer the mother of the victim saw her daughter being shot by this animal
