The woman's daughter says her motorized wheelchair somehow drove off the sidewalk into St. Mary's St. near Cesar Chavez Thursday night.

I'm guessing her daughter was the one texting while waling and wasn't paying attention to what her elderly Mom was doing. I hope the Mom is OK, and to the daughter, pull your head out of your fat phone arsh and pay attention.

Check the phone records..she could have been texting and driving..What is Sprawled? is that like spread eagle?

Perhaps she is reconsidering her earlier statement to the police and that is why no one is speaking to the police. (From the article): "Leek said her mother's motorized wheelchair was acting up before the accident and that may have caused her to drive off the sidewalk into the street".
