SAN ANTONIO -- The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office says a woman whose nude body was found beside an East Side road was strangled.

Stephanie Garcia's body was spotted by a man riding a bike along Roland Road on the morning of Tuesday, October 2nd. The 24-year-old had bruises on her throat and scratch marks on her upper inner thighs, and police do not believe her body had been there very long.

Probably waited on toxocology results to make the finl ruling, and those things can take a couple of months.

another sad case of a lady's life being cut short. How are we going to protect them. for the editor, is this in the future? I'm sure today is Tuesday, Sep, 29.
