SAN ANTONIO - An officer pulled over a woman on the Northeast Side who had warrants, but when he headed back to his patrol car to look up her information she took off.

Police tell us the woman then ran a red light and T-boned a minivan. There were two adults and two children in the van. A woman and a child had to be taken to the hospital, but are expected to be okay.

After the crash the woman tried to take off again, but officers were able to stop and arrest her.

This idiot probably has no insurance so who pays for the van she totalled? If the van driver has no uninsured motorist then she is screwed. I guarantee she makes bail and is back out on the streets driving again. We need to gather up all these types and send them to Cuba by raft.
