SAN ANTONIO -- Officers with the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested a woman they say shot her husband while he was holding their young child in his arms.
Investigators say 34-year-old Lisa Guerra got into a fight with her husband over the weekend and began shooting at him. He was hit in the leg. Their baby was not injured.
Guerra had been on the run since Saturday, but was picked up at a friend's house Wednesday afternoon. She faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and endangerment to a child.
