DALLAS- A third case of west nile virus has turned deadly in north Texas.
There are now 82 west nile virus cases in Dallas county and health officials expect that number to rise. Health officials are calling for more resources and are urging the public to protect itself by wearing insect repellent loose fitting clothing, that includes long pants and sleeves.
