SAN ANTONIO -- Police have charged Judith Lynn Cummings, 47, with aggravated assault for allegedly shooting her brother in the stomach Tuesday afternoon. The shooting happened at their father's home north of Downtown.
Officers at the scene said the shooting involved some sort of family feud. Police said the brother, who is in his 40's, went to the home in the 100 block of Terry Court and got into an argument with his sister around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday. The sister, who is also in her 40's and lives at the home with their father, then allegedly shot her brother in the abdomen.
The brother was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
