SAN ANTONIO -- A 2-year-old is recovering after a fall from a third floor window Tuesday night.
The accident happened around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Artisan at Willow Springs Apartments in the 500 block of Gembler Road on the East Side. Police say the little boy had crawled over a sofa inside the apartment when he fell out the window. The boy landed in mud. He was taken to Santa Rosa hospital but is expected to be all right.
Police say the fall appears to be an accident, and they don't plan to charge the parents.
