All of you posting negative comments should be ashamed of yourselves!! You all need to exchange email addresses and communicate privately with one another. Have some RESPECT for the family. A young beautiful girl who I have known for several years lost her life! You do NOT know ANYTHING about her so quit using this website for your personal statisfaction. HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR THE FAMILY!!!! I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU!!!!!!

hoopseymour: An ACCIDENT= a deer runs out in front of you, your tire blows out & you loose control, these 2 examples are of SOMETHING BEYOND YOUR CONTROL!....A COLLISION= when ONE OR MORE Traffic Laws are violated. FAIL TO CONTROL SPEED, a vehicle strikes another vehicle, pedestrian or fixed object upon the roadway.....APPARENTLY there are too many drivers "failing to control" their speed when approaching THAT CURVE....I HAVE PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF TEN'S OF DOZEN'S OF PARENTS WHO FALSIFIED THE Parent Taught Driver's ED.....Therefore I WILL NOT GIVE condolences to ANY PARENT(S) who "taught" their child the Parent Taught Driver's Ed, and if she attended a REGULAR Driver Ed course, then YOU TELL ME WHY this girl FAILED TO REDUCE HER SPEED?

lenny66-first and foremost, condelences to this young girl and prayers to her family. Second, Wurzbach Parkway is MY nightmare to drive on because I'm a safe driver and always feel like I'm driving on a racetrack because there's been numerous accidents on it. You just went in depth on your opinion a tad bit more and that's fine, you got your opinion and so do I.

hoopseymour - 3/22/2010 4:00 PM
wilkim45yes, have you driven that portion of Wurzbach parkway lately? First of all, the speed limit is 55mph...which should be considered excessive for in town. The area where she lost control of the car is on a curve...and at night. There have been lots of accidents at that exact location. Why not give your condolances instead of encouraging a lawsuit! BTW, I find it interesting that the car is made by Toyota. Why not sue them?

@tacoman-You tell me to "shut up", and try to belittle me when I try to get a point out to others. I apologize for my comment to. I know better than that. My comments are for people that come to conclusions and are already placing blame. As a mother that as been through this, questions never go away. Again I apologize.
