Teen accused of murder to undergo psychological evaluation

The teen is accused of killing Adriana Terry back on September 12th. The 63-year-old's body was found in the bathroom of her home on Coleridge on the Northeast Side.

Mentally ill or not, this guy has demonstrated a propensity to kill and should be dealt with accordingly. A rabid animal is not thinking straight; however, must be dealt with decisively. We all know what the solution to this one is.

Isn't ANYONE who commits a crime clearly out of their mind? I wouldn't dream of setting out to steal something, or lie, or murder someone...IDK maybe IM the crazy one. Thoughts Carmen and Dodie? You two are always putting your opinions so eloquently...
