SAN ANTONIO -- A teacher at Churchill High School resigned this week after a student claimed he had an inappropriate relationship with a 19-year-old female student.

The school's principal learned of the allegations Tuesday morning. After speaking to the student to confirm the allegations, the principal then confronted the teacher.

"The allegation is that she had relations with the teacher," said Vic Garcia, NEISD spokesperson. "The teacher does not admit to it, though offered to resign."

NEISD said Child Protective Services will be notified of the situation.

The teacher has taught at Churchill since 2006.

It's teachers like this one who give good teachers bad names and hope he never teaches again. What part does the high school have in all these acusations? You know she is also guilty.

so you're telling me that if you have a really stupid kid who doesn't graduate till 21 then a relationship between that students and a teacher would be referred to child protective services. no wonder this country is so screwed up
