TX Murder Suspect Arrested at Border Crossing

Federal authorities say a man wanted in the 2007 killings of a Dallas couple has been arrested at a West Texas border crossing. The U.S. Marshals Service says 35-year-old Nicolas Monarrez was arrested last week in El Paso. Monarrez is a suspect in the abduction, torture and killing of Luis Campos and his pregnant girlfriend, Linoshka Torres.

I hope the Border Patrol didn't ask to see his "papers". All he has to do is call the Obama hotline and he back on the streets
