SAN ANTONIO -- Emergency crews are on scene at San Antonio International Airport for reports of a suspicious package. According to Airport officials, it was around 5:30 a.m. when a machine described as a standard screening device detected something unusual in a package in the cargo area which is in a building apart from the main terminals.
Rich Johnson with the Airport says, commercial aircraft have not been affected and Airport traffic has not been interrupted. A hazardous materials response team and bomb-sniffing dogs are on the scene.
