SAN ANTONIO - Hundreds of women got up early to run in the first Cocoa Women's Half Marathon and 5K at King William Park. One of those women was met at the finish line with a surprise proposal. Photojournalist Brandon Moore was there to catch the big event.

Sunday's half-marathon will help the "Spin To Joy" program. It helps families with special needs children get out and exercise together. Sunday night they surprised a young girl with her very own special needs tandem bike.
