From the son of the shooting victim... I just would like people to realize that when a gun is fired into the air that bullet has to come down somwhere. Thank God nobody was hit in the head or injured more seriously. This will not sour our opinion on vacationing in San Antonio because we realize that it was a one in a million freak shot. Thanks again to the news team for the ride to the hospital.

Odds are this gun wasn't legal, and changing gun laws won't take illegal guns out of the hands of the idiots and criminals holding them. The NRA doesn't make the laws, Congress does. Yes, they lobby Congress, but honest and unbiased research will show you that the NRA doesn't even fall into the category of the top lobby groups in the country. What about all the wrong hands that our Federal Government and their Fast & Furious debacle put guns in?

Well, that's one tourist that will probably never return to San Antonio. I can't imagine what she and her family think about the people of this city after that experience. Thank goodness it was only her foot and not in some random kids head.
