SAN ANTONIO -- The heavy winds brought on by the storms caused an 18-wheeler to jackknife on the Northeast Side
The accident happened around 12:00 a.m. on Loop 1604 near Bulverde Road. The driver says he lost control after a gust of wind hit the tractor-trailer.
All eastbound lanes of Loop 1604 were closed while the wreck was cleaned up.
The driver was not hurt.
