SAN ANTONIO - At least one person is dead after an accident in far Southwest Bexar County.

Witnesses told the Bexar County Sheriff's Office an SUV was speeding when it crashed into a Lexus at Applewhite and Watson around 10 pm Thursday evening. Investigators say it appears the SUV rolled over at least once.

The driver of the SUV died and the other driver was taken by Airlife to University hospital. We're told he is in serious condition with non life-threatening injuries.

After all these fatal accidents and my teens telling me I drive wrecklessy I have decided to be more aware of the road...I told them if they don't wake up early to go to school, I'm not going to rush..They will just have to be late..Better late then not at all...

This is the third (that I am aware of) accident at this intersection in November alone. Two being fatal. Perhaps it's time to look into this a little deeper.
