SAN ANTONIO - The parents of two San Antonio girls have filed a lawsuit against Macy's department store for accusing their daughters of shoplifting.

The incident happened in November of 2010 at the Macy's at Ingram Park Mall on the West side.

According the lawsuit -- the girls were in the store to return merchandise when a security guard approached them and "forced them against their will" into a room for questioning.

The lawsuit claims the girls were taunted and ridiculed, forced to sign a document they did not read, handcuffed and escorted out of the store by police.

According to the lawsuit, no stolen merchandise was found.
