CYBERSPACE -- Last week, the Department of Homeland Security urged everyone with a computer to disable Java software because of a security flaw that hackers could take advantage of.

Oracle, which oversees Java, has now released a fix for the problem.

Java runs within websites and powers some advertising networks. The company now wants you to update the software immediately.

Click here to install the update.

Why would I install a Java update? When Java isn't even installed on my 6 PCs? I banish Java years ago. Java has always been a security risk! IMHO.
