SAN ANTONIO--An international manhunt is now underway to locate 31-year-old Anselmo Rodriguez.

Deputy United States Marshal, Christopher Bozeman said Rodriguez is the target of a fugitive investigation by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force after he fled, awaiting sentencing by a Bexar County Judge.

Last Monday Rodriguez was convicted of sexually assaulting two children.

Instead of being taken into custody, Rodriguez was allowed to return home. Authorities said Rodriguez cut off his ankle monitor last Monday night and fled. Rodriguez was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

"We do consider him to be dangerous, " said investigator Bozeman. Bozeman went on to say the task force is widening the search for Rodriguez to include Laredo, Texas and also Mexico. "There are other countries that we are also looking at, " replied Bozeman.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Anselmo Rodriguez can contact the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at
(210) 472-6540 .

If Anselmo Rodriguez hasn't been caught by now, chances are he's hiding out in Mexico with family. Judge MARIA TERESA (TESSA) HERR is responsible for this stupid deed. Remember her name Bexar County voters. She' not up for re-election till November of 2014. I'm sure she's hoping voters have short memories. I DON'T!

Sounds to me like the judge was paid off. Seriously. He needs to be investigated. Even I know if you sentence someone to life in prison then let them go home first they will not be back. What do they have to lose? Their freedom?

Gee whiz, oh my gosh, shuckins' and everything. I wonder if the marshall will have the stones to arrest the judge and the prsecutor that failed to see that this recently convicted felon was locked up for aiding and abbeting the escape of a convicted felon. Those two Bimbos oght to be held without bail at least until he is recaptured.
