Rape victim now changing her story about retired policeman

Retired San Antonio police Officer Frank Navarijo was sent to prison back in 1999 for raping the woman when she was 5-years-old. Now his attorneys are asking a judge to overturn his verdict.

Here we go again...another prosecutor and judge who didn't care to find the truth, only to win their cases no matter what. We need more organizations like the freedon project, non-governmental lawyers looking for innocent people doing time with no crime. God bless them for setting the innocent free.

Pathetic punk revenue generators need to be punished for their sins, but this man was retired. He had no doubt already paid his dues. There was no reason for this to happen. Modern-day revenue generating punk cops, though? They need to get a taste of their own medicine.

ah, could it be that the system did not help this person clear himself when the accusations were made? Could it be that the JUSTICE department was eager to nail a law enforcement officer rather than seek the truth? Could it be that our distinguished attorneys, medical doctors, and criminal investigators were taken by a 5 year old? The grandmother did it!
