SAN ANTONIO - A San Antonio police officer responding to a 911 call for help ended up being the one seeking medical treatment.

Police say a neighbor called police after a man was bleeding from self-inflicted injuries.

But when an officer responded investigators say the injured man and his uncle both turned on the officer.

According to a witness who did not want to be identified, “The individual had cuts on his arms or on his hands he had blood and the officer was trying to control that individual”.

That’s when the officer was either scratched or bitten by one man.  Both were eventually arrested. They could face assault charges.

Investigators believe one of the men may have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The officer is expected to be okay.

I could NEVER be a policeman. I would have pulled out my bully club and that piece of trash would be "doing the chicken" for a good hour before I called EMS!!

Bite. Double tap on both of these jackwagons and then seen medical treat. Hear the family get outraged, but it'll last for about three days until people say "Seriously, shut up. You're little mijo and his Tio were acting a fool. And that got them Napolean Blownapart."....

One of the difficulties that the police face in dealing with the unsaved is that they will bite if cornered, especially if you try to pick them up. In most respects, the Devil's people can be expected to act like cats. They are sly and sneaky and up to no good. They will pee in a corner if they think no one is watching and they will bite and scratch. It is best to stay away from them unless it is time to go amongst them to witness the Word. During those encounters, it is best to bring your revolver.

I agree thunder. Although there is another solution. Give the pair a trip to an animal shelter that specialize in Siberian Tigers, and let them feed the cats in the 360. Of course they are the main meal...
