Texas voters have approved all proposed constitutional amendments on the ballot. The list includes setting up a specific fund to help emerging research universities achieve national prominence.
Those voters decided to approve
11 proposals, among them propositions to limit eminent domain power, guarantee public beach access and help fund more top-tier research universities.
