SAN ANTONIO -- News 4 was involved in some news of our own Wednesday night.

One of our live trucks was among several cars whose windows were shot out. The back window of one of our unmarked trucks was hit while our crew was driving near the Interstate 35 and Highway 281 interchange, just north of Downtown.

Police said they responded to several similar cases Wednesday, but could not immediately provide details as to where the other shootings happened.

It's believed a BB or pellet gun was used. Our crew was okay, and it doesn't appear anyone has been hurt.

Boberebop - I think you are exaggerating about the number of BB's you can put in one gun. A bb gun holds about 10 to 15 and if they were using pellets that is a one at a time thing unless you have an actual pellet gun (looks like a real gun)that uses the gas canisters. They hold about 12 shots. I have both but I promise I was not anywhere near downtown last night. LOL

I guess we need ban BB Guns. You know how many rounds those bad boys hold? Hundreds.
