'Mutant' skulls discovered in Mexico

Archaeologists found skeletons in a pre-Hispanic burial ground in the state of Sonora. The skeletons all have a distinct feature - signs of skull binding.

And why would be the "country" of SouthAmerica be running amok worse than the US, if one is a producer and the other one a user? Also, you can not use in the same sentence "capital punishment" and "ethical". The death penalty is sometimes a necessity, but never ethically correct.

The traditions of cruelty have been in Mexico for many thousands of years. The cartels are their offspring too. To ever get a sense of justice, they need to reinstitute and use capital punishment in a ethical manner and stop blaming the U.S. for their problems. And South America is also a huge drug country running amok worse than the U.S.
