FRodriguez3906, stop making excuses for your friend being a Registered Sex Offender, there are plenty of people who are dangerous predators and we need the database. Your friend could be lying about his extent of criminal behavior, I also know a registered Sex Offender unfortunately, who is a danger to society, and convicts always lie, don't protect them and make excuses for them. Texas does allow the lesser sex convicts to have a 10 year registration limit, but if he has to do it the rest of his life, he probably did more than he is telling you.

I have a good friend that was 19 years old and had sex with a really pretty and well developed girl who said she was his age. Turns out, she was only 14 and a big little whore.. the mom and dad found out she was sexually active and made her admit who she had consensual sex with. Everyone who she pointed the finger at, as a result, was convicted of aggravated sexual assault. He is such a nice guy and was convicted because some little tramp was trying to be an adult and bragged about her sex life, which got her caught. And really, how many sexually active guys that are 19, get approached by a huge chested round-bottomed attractive girl, actually ask for ID?? As far as I’m concerned the girl was proud of how many notches were on her bedpost, not scarred, the same as the little 13 year old boy.
