Why is the justice system sitting on their fat butt put these guys in jail ! This just shows how bad our justice system is in Texas , big hats and boots but no cajunas when it comes to doing their job!

I understand the frustration, but a solid case with forensic evidence to back it up would insure a conviction and a possible death sentence.

Ya only get 1 shot at this, rush it & you'll get an O J Simpson verdict. These Maggot's ain't goin nowhere. The Chester charges will keep them locked up for years. Drop the Murder charges on them when the case is air tight and they come up for parole. No concurrent sentence.

True, infofreak: You do want a rock-solid case that'll stick. But it's so frustrating that SAPD hasn't been able to charge them yet. There's not a single bit of doubt as to who committed this horrible crime, and it scares me that the police seem to be having a hard time building a case. It makes me sick to think these two might get away with it.

Let the police do what they need to do before they hand the case over to the DA's office. Without any eye witnesses, this case will rely on circumstantial evidence. It has to be solid and enough to prove they are guilty. The last thing she should want is a mistrial or charges dismissed due to lack of evidence.
