SOMERSET, Texas -- Three children who went missing from school Thursday have been found unharmed.

The three siblings, Jose Olvera, Juan Garcia, and Annaliza Garcia, were checked out of their school in Somerset by their biological grandmother. The district tells us the grandmother was not legally allowed to have contact with the children right now.

The children were found at a house in Northeast Bexar County.

Deputies detained four adults, including the grandmother.

While the school is at fault for RELEASING the kids to the grandmother, I don't see where she was called (by the school) in the report. It sounds more like she arrived at school to check them out early.

why detain the grandmother, the school called her to come get the children, that makes no sense. the school should have known that she was not supposed to have contact at this time. someone dropped the ball and is passing the blame.
