SAN ANTONIO -- A man with San Antonio ties living in Tel Aviv says people there are hoping the conflict doesn't escalate to "all out war."
Alexander Lepow says a rocket flew 50 yards over his apartment Friday. It's the first rocket attack there since the Gulf War in 1991.
"People are worried. People are nervous. People are scared, but mostly people are concerned that the conflict has escalated to the point where the people in the center of the country are at risk," Lepow said.
"It's scary and unnerving and people are definitely shaken by this," he said.
Lepow's father is the acting director of the Jewish Federation of San Antonio. He said he has been using Facebook to update his friends and family about how he is doing, however, he said the government has warned people not to post too many details about what's going on, for security reasons.
