SAN ANTONIO -- Police were called out to the Northeast Side where a man is shot multiple times.
San Antonio Police say 35-year-old Jerry Franco was shot four times in the chest around 3:15 a.m. Sunday. When police arrived on La Barca Street, Franco was sitting on the curb and didn't want to cooperate.
Franco was taken by ambulance to the San Antonio Military Medical Center and is expected to recover.
Police are questioning three people who were inside the house.
