What the he77 is happening to our country? You can't even laugh anymore without being fined. This is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.

Well I mean, You know. I can see where this would be a tickatable offense. Think of Fran Drescher. Epic fine. Or Peter from Family Guy. Ticket. Rappin' Duke-Da Haw Haw Haw song. Yep write that ticket. Or the mom from That 70's show.....see.
