SAN ANTONIO -- A Converse man was jailed Saturday, charged with exposing himself to a young girl at least ten times over the span of a year.

According to an arrest affidavit, Peter Abraham Groce, 23, allegedly exposed himself to a girl, 10, between May 2011 and May 2012.

The victim told authorities Groce threatened to harm her and her mother if the girl told anyone of the alleged abuse.

The arrest affidavit notes Groce was arrested and charged for a similar incident last year.

Groce was being held in the Bexar County Jail Saturday on a $75,000 bond.

Good thing for him it wasn't MY 10-yr old child. There is no rehabbing these scumbags. Lock them up, in General Population and let his fine, honorable co-habitants take care of the problem he has, which is that he likes to "bother" little kids. Born Again... We know you don't like the folks in Converse but to pray for tornados and earthquakes for them goes a little against the "pray for your enemies" edict that Christ spoke of, doesn't it? There are bad aples in every community in this country. Your highly positive outlook on things (tongue in cheek, of course) makes others really want to rush to becoming a Christian such as yourself.

I have often pointed out, without results, that the City of Converse is a seathing cess pool of sin and inhabited by the worst of the Devil's people. Their schools are staffed by child molestors and the students are better armed than the police. The Converse Police, for their part, spend most of their time setting up speed traps and the rest of it conspiring to convict the Godly of trumped up crimes. They are sought after by other jurisdictions to be witnesses due to their slavish willingness to lie for those they consider their betters. The citizenry is mostly like this man in the article; sex fiends and perverts. There is no telling what this man did to offend the Converse Police to the point that they would arrest him for sexual perversions. It sounds good to us, but that is actually normal behavior in Converse. Maybe he owes them some money for drugs and thought he could get away without paying. I have often called for the Texas Rangers to be sent to subdue Converse, and I renew that call, but my calls have always fallen on deaf ears. Perhaps the Lord will come to our aid and lay that place waste. The weatherman is calling for strong storms on Thursday. Perhaps the Lord God will send tornados and possibly an earthquake. Let us pray for respite from these fiends.

Evidently the goal of rehabilitation is to achieve at least a second offense.

If he was arrested last year for the same thing he shouldn't have even been out on the streets. The only way to protect society from these perverts is to keep them locked up.

I wonder if he will "measure" up with Bubba or Tyron in jail?

Ya, this dude is a scumbag and a repeat offender at that. I recommend the first step is to insure that he has nothing to expose to anyone in the future..just say'n.
