SAN ANTONIO -- 43 year Glen Dukes has been charged with capital murder in the death of 24-year-old Jacqueline Johnson.

Johnson was found back on June 2, her body was still on fire when police found her in the 100 block of Schrader Road.

"I'll never have my aunt back, but at least I know she has justice, " said Christine Ferguson.

Ferguson is Johnson's niece, but Ferguson says Johnson was more like a big sister to her.

Ferguson says the family has been waiting for this news for a long time. "I never thought it would come," added Ferguson.

Glen Dukes has been inside the Bexar County jail since early February. Last month Dukes was arrested on two charges of human trafficking, and a parole violation.

Dukes remains jailed without bond.
