SAN ANTONIO - An East Texas man is accused of raping his teenage girlfriend and videotaping the attack.
Eric Millner, 24, has been charged with sexual assault.
According to court documents, in August 2010, Millner gave his then 17-year-old girlfriend alcohol and she became intoxicated to the point where she couldn't remember what happened that night.
Millner allegedly forced the teen to perform sexual acts.
According to court documents, the teen said no to sexual requests, but Millner forced himself on her.
The teen told Millner to stop because she was in pain, but he not, according to court documents.
There was also video of the teen violently vomiting, and Millner was heard laughing in the background, according to court documents.
Police said the allegations were brought to light after the teen's new boyfriend found out about the videotape.
He convinced her to come forward.
Millner is being held in the Harris County Jail without bond.
