SAN ANTONIO -- Police arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Louie Angel Sandoval, 25, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
According to police, the girl was spotted outside a car parked on the 500 block of Brady on the West Side. They said she had been assaulted inside the car. Witnesses told investigators the girl was crying and said she needed help.
It's still unclear how the two met.
Sandoval's bond has been set at $100,000.
