SAN ANTONIO -- A man was jailed after police say he molested two young sisters.

The man, 20-year-old Bawi Lian Ceu, is a neighbor of the alleged victims. One of the girls is 8 years old and the other is 10 years old.

Police say Ceu went to the apartment where the girls live after he saw their mother leave to run an errand and then groped them when they answered his knock at the door.

Ceu now faces charges of indecency with a child.

"These kids are impressionable, they don't understand sometimes what exactly is going on, " said Officer Matthew Porter with SAPD.

With school starting up again soon, police are encouraging parents to talk to their children about stranger danger.

A topic mom Carry Ann Shebetka says she talks to her children about all the time. "I just really enforce to them that absolutely no one should ever touch them in any parts of their body, " said Shebetka.

If you see something out of the ordinary call 9-1-1.

Police also want to remind the public that school zones will also be in effect soon.

"Drivers need to watch their speed, and no talking on a cell phone, " said Officer Porter.

If the Democrat lawyers who have been given control of this city would get their minds off light rail for long enough to see what is going on, they would see that Chinamen have gone into a veritable frenzy all over the world. They have been setting themselves and others on fire. I think this man was scheming to burn those children up when he was caught and he may be planning to set himself on fire, too. Some authority has to go around and get their matches and especially the Bic lighters. If this task remains ignored, this whole city could go up in flames. I call on the Mayor to stop dreaming of our bright, antlike future, with everyone riding around in trains, and do something about these people before they burn us all up.

Dodie: She went to get her free birth control devices for the week. The women are now protesting to Obama to have them delivered via Fed-X next day delivery. The Housing Department does not discriminate and will assign apartments to sex offenders next to families in an effort to rehabilitate them, drug pushers to help the kids avoid the streets at night and thieves next to politicians to train the politicians. I suggest training the children not to open doors when they are alone would have prevented the access.

I'm suspicious. Does this woman have a husband, or were these children born out of wedlock? Where was she going that she couldn't take her daughters with her? What was she hiding? Why would she leave her children alone in an apartment house knowing that there was a strange Chinaman running loose in the area? The law needs to go and pick her up and find out what no good she was up to. Those little gals need to be taken away from her and placed in an orphanage, so that they can be taught good Christian values.
