Man accused of fracturing 4-month-old's skull, both legs

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Matthew Taylor Mays is responsible for fracturing the baby's skull and breaking both of his legs on September 13th.

God why can't he get the death penalty ,I hope the judge in this case slams him with everything the law allows and then some, hope this animal never sees the light of day again .WHY AREN'T WE PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN AGAINST ANIMALS LKE. THIS ?
