Most all affordable restaurants and fast food places are just fat junk. Subway is the only restaurant that has made it onto the American Heart Association's seal of approval list with a few of its subs. We need more restaurants trying to get on that list, it isn't easy or convenient to go home to cook your meal while you have to go out and do other things and work.

Congratulations to her! she truly deserves it and here's hoping she'll use a few dollars to get something for herself too!
