Large pothole forces lane closures on Interstate 10

Police began receiving calls about some sort of collapse in the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 near New Braunfels Avenue around 7:40 a.m. Thursday.

You're right, RRR...no reimbursement from anybody...I've checked. Maybe insurance will cover it if you have collision, but not if just liability. Then there's the deductible. Screwed again!

One foot deep??!! That would cause a lot more than a flat tire. Research your info further before you report.

That's because potholes are an act of God, not the result of poor street maintenance by the city.

So the word is that no state agency will pay to reimburse your damages. You can fill out any form you like, but none are to be paid out regarding potholes.
