What? An overseas company coming to build solar panels in US territory? Come on. We are one of the most advanced countries in the world on many areas, and solar panels are not like building nuclear plants (It's not rocket science). Why don't the San Antonio City council, and the Federal Government in other states, use the "incentive" millions to abilitate American companies to build solar panels with American materials and American workforce. Every day our leaders surprise us with more never-ending incompetence that seems borderline crookedness. Remember how many millions of dollars we lost to Japan for backing down on the creation of another nuclear plant? Come on.....where is the ac-count-a-bi-li-ty?

Not only is CPS going to buy and enter into a maintenance contract with this company, and then to even consider throwing another $12 million at the company to sweeten the deal, is ludicrous. Now all the company has to do is send some Korean Nationals over to take the money and deposit it into their overseas banks and have no expenses in doing so. No costs to manufacture either. Where does this city come up with these wasteful deals? I think some need to go to jail for theft of taxpayer money. We are surely stupid to keep electing these people into office.
