SAN ANTONIO -- There are plenty of questions out there about big foot, including does the creature even exist.

Our Trouble Shooters have gone out hunting for the elusive beast. But now, Texas Parks and Wildlife is giving us one definitive answer.

Texas Parks and Wildlife says if you happen to see a Bigfoot, it is perfectly legal to shoot to kill.

A hunter must be hunting on private land and have the owners permission. But because the legendary animal isn't listed as protected game, it's free game to hunt, and there is no bag limit. So shoot as many as you want.

How about the Easter Bunny, is it legal to shoot him as well? Either one is just as likely to turn up in your sites.
