ohhh, Pearl Beer. yeah, tastes like regurgitated hydrochloric acid from a dead buzzard's putrified stomach contents on hot tar, and a hint of peaches. It gets you drunk, and by the way it's also a "fancy" beer amongst the Japanese socialites. Arigotoo gozai'mas.

Are they going to kick out the garbage pickers or will they let the homeless bums pee wherever they feel like? They are going to need some sort of security presence if they want people to feel welcome.

Not everythin is great there. The CanPlant apartments are awfu looking - at least on the outside. They overlook Fox Motel the old texas towing place and Samuels Glass - yuck yuck. The website is beautiful - don't know where they took the pictures. Plus, some appear to have been built on the site of an old plating company - was the contaminated site cleaned up. I thought it was a super fund area. They are building more apartment on Broadway by "The Pearl" that will be as ugly and expensive.
