SAN ANTONIO -- Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle that slammed into a West Side church early Wednesday.

The crash happened around 2:00 a.m. at the Woodlawn Hills Baptist Church in the 700 block of Overhill, near Maiden Lane and West Woodlawn. A person who witnessed the accident called police.

Investigators said the vehicle went through a stop sign and hit a curb. It then went airborne before slamming into the outside wall of the church. The witness saw a Hispanic male and female run from the scene of the accident. The fire department had to cut the gas and power to the church.

The crash caused a estimated $30,000 in damage.

A church is just a building. It is the people inside that make that building a place of worship.

By the time the cops catch up with the driver, his blood alcohol level will be down below the legal limit and leaving the scene of an accident will be a lesser worry. Then, there is the damage expense that will need to be addressed.

Christians have been expecting these developments for some time now. We believe this was practice for a suicide bombing to be carried out against a Christian Church in another area. The West Side has long been in the hands of the Devil's people and our churches there are primarily staging areas for witnessing; the local people certainly do not attend. As a result, we do not invest in expensive security meaures for those churches. These satanists will have a more difficult time penetrating such as the Cornerstone Church and other real Christian Churches, where we have a heavily armed defense force and reinforced walls. Still, they may find a flaw in our armor and these devilish atackers could be dangerous. I therefore renew my call for the Texas Rangers to go through the western areas of this city and lay waste the camps of the wicked. And let them go through te east and south sides of town as well and also Converse and surrounding areas, that Christians may go about their duties safely and without fear of a terrorist attack by the unsaved.

Hit and runs or wrong ways are rampant in this city. The worst is hit, kill and run. There are alot of people that should not be on the road. Obama jr and the Chief of SAPD needs to beef it up.

I doubt they took the time to remove the license plates and VIN numbers from the car before they ran. Shouldn't take Sherlock to track them down.
