Another death penalty case. Susan Reed needs to take this case and drop the Federal charges. You see, Texas has the death penalty and we use it. Not enough in my opinion, but we use it. The Federal Government does not have that option for these types of charges. This thing could be tied up in court for years if the Fedral Government trys to handle it. Lets knock this one out this coming Monday and we can execute by the end of the week.

The guy is ugly. Anyway, I keep hearing people say that the police shouldn't have chased him for a few pounds of maryjane. This dude was into more than just weed I'll guarantee you. He may have also at sometime committed murder, burglary, rape, you name it. And if he hasn't he probably would have in the future.
