Couple arrested after police find $30,000 worth of drugs in home

SAN ANTONIO -- A couple is facing charges after deputies found more than $30,000 worth of drugs in their home.

Officers arrested 32-year-old Enrique Suarez and his common-law wife, 28-year-old Beatrice Corales, around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday morning at a house on Hortencia, south of Culebra. Deputies say Suarez, who was on parole on drug charges, tried to run and had to be tackled.

Deputies confiscated $30,000 worth of cocaine, $500 worth of marijuana, and $2,000 in cash. They also took electronics and three motorcycles from the home.

His common law wife!! at least she can now decide weather to marry him or not!! Idiots!! Hope they put them in jail and throw away the keys! Lets hope they do not have any illegetimate children at home, then we they hard working citizens have to support them. I'm tired of supporting the others that are here in our city. Enough of that and the illegals.

did he violate parole and that's why they went to the house? surely he wasn't passing drug tests was he? although, places like Planet K and Flip Side and the internet sell drinks that will allow people to pass drug urine tests although maybe not the hair tests.
