SAN ANTONIO-Three men were caught on surveillance stealing clothing, shoes and other items from Target and Old Navy in the Forum Shopping Center.
Around 1:00am Saturday, San Antonio Police arrested 40 year old Jorge Castro Mercardo. Police say Castro Mercado is the third man to be arrested in the string of thefts.
We're told the other two men are already in custody.
Castro Mercado was tracked down with the help of Selma Police Department.
Officer Matt Porter says detectives from both departments were working on the case together.
"They do believe they were turning around and selling their merchandise possibly to flea markets but that's something that's still under investigation." Said Officer Porter.
SAPD and Selma Police recovered More than $10,000 worth of merchandise.
