News 4 WOAI surprised the local favorite with the Blue Plate Award for it's excellent score by health department standards.
"We really take pride in our kitchen. We try to keep everything clean and the food great," said owner Patty Ramirez.
Located on Evers Road outside 410, Patty's Deli & Bakery is known for it's freshness. I'm told the chicken salad is a customer favorite, as well as the carrot cake.
